DELIVERY
  • Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email receipt confirming your order.

    Since each piece of our jewellery is handcrafted and made to order, please allowed us an 

  • We quality checked on every product before shipmentand our jewellery will be packaged safely and secure in a Project O jewellery box and delivered in a bubble wrapped envelope.

  •  Project O is not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit.



    RETURNS
  • We hope you understand that all our items are made to order, small variations in shapes or sizes can happen. Thare are no two identical products, each of them is unique and beautifully different. Please consider this before purchase.

  • For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on any items.

  • Exchange is only available if items are damaged at delivery. Any fault must be reported within 14 days of delivery.


FAULTY/ RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • We checked all items carefully prior to dispatch. However, if any of our products is delivered to you with a defect, please contact us immediately within 14 days of delivery. We will offer repair or replacement of the originally purchased item. Please include the following information in the email (hello@project-o.online): 

    1. Proof of purchase and invoice number
    2. Name, Address and Contact
    3. Details and photos of the item you are returning


  • Once you have received a confirmation email from us, please ensure the items are unworn, in the same condition as received and in original packaging and send to the address below:

  • Costs associated with the returning are at the expense of the customers. Project O will only be responsible for the shipping cost of re-delivery.

  • We recommend a traceable delivery service. (Local courier, Fedex, UPS)
    Please retain all receipts for proof of postage and tracking.
